If either of those work and you find yourself in a service or tech mode, you're on your own. In other models, you have to hit the buttons: MENU # 1934 in rapid succession (menu button followed by the pound symbol then the four digits). (One source cited this method for the 5935). In some units, you hold down the 1, 2, and 3 buttons. You'll want to reset the NVRAM by going into service mode. But here's some info for other Samsung MFPs. In fact, I couldn't find any information for that exact unit on a hard reset. I don't know how it goes for that exact unit. In that case, you'll need to do a factory reset. Welp, turns out the default password is 1111.
